Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Refrigerators have stoped cooling. caused by poor maintence or none at all. Think of it this way, whats cheaper, .paying a service fee to have some one come out and service the machine usually 30 to 50 dollars,/or you wake up to find your frig not working all your food spoiled, and you just went to the store the night before
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't be affraid to ask questions, And remeber that not all repairs are as hard as they sound . A trained pro should have a basic understanding of what the issue is just by asking a couple simple questions..
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. that pulling the back cover off my refrigerator was the only real way there is to clean under it. And doing it once a year was required to have my frig last more then 4 or 5 years..

A. Did you go to School to learn the trade. ? my anwser is no My father owned the business and i learned from him although i did go to school to get my certifications.
