- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to maintain our license by performing constant continuing education. The minimum hours required is 28, but the more classes taken, the more public trust you can promote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was referred by a colleague I had previously worked with in another career field. They were looking for people with extreme attention to detail and integrity!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most typical assignment would have to be single family purchases and/or refinances; however, we also perform a lot of land appraisals; those dealing with potential water rights, road maintenance agreements, incorporated vs. unincorporated areas, etc.. In addition, we also perform 2-4 family properties quite often.
