Keith was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Because he ONLY determines if bed bugs are present, we felt reassured that we would not be buying any unnecessary services. And that is exactly what happened, we did not have any bedbugs and he told us so.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have a network of over 30 pest control companies that will provide treatment after our inspections. Reactive, Proactive, Pre-Treatment and Post-Treatment bed bug inspections using highly trained and third party certified detection dogs. Reactive: In response to cases in which no visual bed bug evidence can be detected. Proactive: Routine inspections of high risk locations. Pre-Treatment: Used to confirm infestations prior to treatment and/or narrow down the area of treatment to save costs of extermination. Post-Treatment: To be sure a treatment was effective and no live bed bugs remain.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the provider is a third-party meaning they only provide the detection portion of the job and do not actually sell the treatment. This prevents a conflict of interest which protects the customer from being sold treatments that are not necessary. Make sure the bed bug detection dogs are third-party certified. If the canine alerts be sure to have the handler she you proof of live bed bugs. Be familiar with what bed bugs look like before you hire a inspection team.
