For general maintenance carpet cleaning, our rate is at $16.65 per room. The conditions are as follows:
- 1 room is up to a maximum of 200 square feet
- living and dining room combinations are treated as 2 rooms
- Rx-20 power scrubbing is extra
The price includes the following free services:
* precondition with booster
* pre-spotting
* deep cleaning
* cleaning of walk in closets that are part of the room and
* 1 hallway cleaning
For tile and grout cleaning, our price is at $0.24 per square foot.
We offer free grout scrubbing and degreaser. This rate applies only to ceramic and porcelain tiles; other kinds of tiles cost extra.
For upholstery cleaning, our rate is at $9.75 per linear foot. It already includes free fine fabric pre-spray and we clean cushions and pillows for free as well. This rate applies to steam-cleanable fabrics only; dry cleaning costs extra.
