When available, I will attend a workshop or seminar on a new product or procedure in the industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly we are called out for carpet and tile cleaning jobs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I've worked in this industry long enough to know that the trick of the trade is to go in with an extremely low price, and then add on a bunch of services. You have to ask yourself what kind of quality work would you expect when you're only paying $25/room to clean (or even less!). Ask for references!
