    I've done business with Amici Catering for years. As a venue owner, I refer them to all of my brides/clients for hassle-free, well-priced and delicious catering. As a small business owner, I gravitate to other small business owners - we are able to get things done quickly. The helpfulness of the staff from the first phone call to the final crumb is unheard of in this industry.

    Not only do I refer them to my clientele, I use them myself for any event - both large or small - that I have of my own. They deliver a solid experience and a fabulous product every single time.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. 1. Have a budgeted dollar amount for food and beverage when soliciting a quote.
2. Ask if your caterer makes the food himself if so what percentage.
3. Caterers often have contacts with other vendors- ask to share their relationship.
4. Clarify how your caterer establishes quantities for your event and what is left with remaining food.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most caterers simple purchase frozen food and resell it to you. Look for caterers that make their own food and use local purveyors.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. I would ask any vendor what sets them a part from their competition and if they have references that they could provide
