We're a husband and wife team of 5 years Our flavors dance off the plate whether we are serving appetizers, grilled NY strip; or wedding cakes. We are hands on with the best ingredients made locally. We are available for weddings, hors d'oeuvre receptions, wedding cakes, baby showers, birthday parties, office functions, personal chef functions, etc. If you're entertaining-- we want to feed you! Our dinners often feature show-stopping action stations, so your guests are entertained throughout the service. Each event features a VIP setup with jewel toned linen & props that will surely dazzle your guests and transform your dining room. All the while honestly priced and flexible within your budget.

Broccoliosaurus catered my wedding in May of 2013, and I could not have been happier with the results! I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail, creativity, and obvious passion for what they do. I received so many compliments on how great the food tasted! Chelsie and Davie took my modest "chicken and steamed veggies" budget and produced a customized, flavorful, unique, and memorable menu. They were able to do the entire menu gluten-free as well, which was an unexpected bonus (if you have food allergies you know how important that is!). Months later, I still hear guests from our wedding telling other people how good the food was! We had an engaged couple as guests at our wedding - they contacted Broccoliosaurus to cater their wedding a few months later, so I got to experience it all over again as a guest! It was every bit as good as the food they did for me, and also completely different from what I had. They have the versatility and creativity to make every event unique and memorable. You will not be disappointed!

Chelsea, with Broccoliosaurus Catering, has catered several events for me including workplace luncheons, dinner parties at my home and my daughter's wedding reception. Her menus have always been creative and customized for each event including dietary restrictive needs. She is easy to work with and always delivers as promised. The prices are very reasonable and my guests have always raved about the food. She maintains a professional demeanor and leaves the kitchen cleaner than she found it. I will definitely hire Chelsea and Broccoliosaurus Catering in the future and highly recommend them!

It was great to work with Chelsea. Our food plans fell through 2 months before our wedding. Not only was Chelsea able to work with our time constraint, she also embraced our unique dinner concept of a Thanksgiving dinner mixed with breakfast food and she was able to accommodate our gluten free guests. She was so creative and the food was absolutely AMAZING!!! In addition, Chlesea and her staff were on time, courteous and professional. We highly recommend Chelsea and her staff.

I've used Chelsea as a personal chef for nearly a month now. I'm eating the best tasting, healthiest food of my life and loving every bite. From our initial meeting Chelsea took extensive notes on my food likes and dislikes as well as noting my food allergies. She consistently surprises me with original meal ideas I never would have thought of (as well as making anything I request when I have a craving). Chelsea is very open to feedback and quick to adapt to changes I ask for. I find myself looking forward to every meal that she prepares for me, and I can't recommend her enough.

Because our menus are written specifically for your event, we ask that you notify us of your guest count and budget. We can then begin the process of creating your unique dining experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 18 years experience working in the food industry. Our company has been in the works for 5 years. Both business owners have a Culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We frequently cater weddings to include everything from hors d'oeuvres receptions, a full dinner service and wedding cake. We are a true one stop shop!
