Introduction: I am classically trained chef, graduated from The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, in the heart of Napa Valley, California. I have just moved from the San Francisco area to Phoenix. Having been fortunate enough to work for two of the Bay Area's acclaimed Michelin starred chefs for over five years, Richard Reddington of Redd and Melissa Perello of Frances, I bring to Phoenix the true authenticity of local and seasonal food.
I am not a large-scale caterer. What I can offer to you and your guests is an intimate, five-star, coursed-out meal, which will inspire you to eat, drink and laugh. I am also available to do intimate cooking classes, which will always leave your friends entertained and ready to get into their own kitchen.
