- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a complicated pricing system at all. You tell us what you need and we will give you a price. There are so many things that people need done and so many different things that could go wrong that it is only fair to price it based on what you need. Since our company supports our community and education we give 20% off to over 65 and if you have a student id (that includes college) you also qualify. Since our company is into keeping America green... for any used electronic you give the technician you receive 5 dollars off.. so if you hand him /or her a cell phone, a broken laptop and a broken ipod.. get 15 dollars off your bill. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes.. I am always reading the newest articles and going over new equipment coming out. I am also studying for my CCNA
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed electronics and electrical..... I also have a 2 year degree in that....but the ever changing field of the information age keeps me on my toes and learning. I love knowledge and being challenged.
