There was a timely response. I informed the technician of the problem, and he informed me of what the issues could be. We set up a Zoom call, and I was instructed step by step on what to do. The technician was patient with me because I didn't know where certain things were. He took the time to send pictures of the component that was problematic and highlighted the particular item to be removed. After the faulty component was identified, the technician looked up the needed component that I needed to order. I was very impressed and apprective for the excellent service. Thank you again.

SimpliFixed Tier 1 IT Services did a fantastic job at diagnosing the issues that I was having with my home network. We were able to fix the problem through a Zoom call. I will be contacting at a later date to have them rearrange my panel box and possibly add a cable management rack.
