    Being paranoid and extremely skeptical for anyone to not only touch my laptop, but in today's society, I didn't believe anyone could actually do a somewhat a decent job cleaning my laptop from annoying viruses - I couldn't even go in the internet! That's My Tech did more than what I asked for not only in a professional manner, but mostly at an extremely affordable rate that would have cost me hundreds of dollars from any competitor. Most of all, NO DATA WAS LOST!

    I had acquired a dinosaur of a laptop from a friend of mine, of which I would eventually build my new business off of. I was about to do some searching online or in phone-books for a computer technician, but my intuition told me I should go with the tech mentioned on the business card I had saved from a while back. It was a gamble I was most pleased with. He came directly to me and managed to bring this clunky thing to life! Quite the accomplishment, as apparently parts had been scavenged from it in the past. He was professional, cordial, and very responsive to my needs. This machine still needs a little more work, but he has been working with me throughout the entire process. I am very happy with the service, and have been recommending That'z My Tech to all my friends!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. 1.) Ask how their pricing works and if there is any hidden fee's do this before you agree to anything

2.) Ask how long a service will take and how much of this time is billable. For instance our business will only charge per hour for specific work, Most services are charged at a set price no matter how long it takes to get the job done.

3.) Virus Removal Question - "Will I lose data and/or settings and if the virus is removed is repairing left over damage to my operating system part of the removal or a separate fee? (This should be included in the initial price.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Computer Repair is no different from any other industry, Just like a dentist, doctor or mechanic we have our jargon too, Only at TMT we don't use it to intimidate anyone, We find it an annoyance when customers are told some crazy analogy to sucker that person into a sale. Our service and products sell themselves and that's enough for us.

It's common to be over charged in the retail stores the represnutive is told to add on products and additional services this is called "Market Basket"

Most companies send out work, or send Techs from other stores. Our turn around time no more than 48 hours and usually same day. Don't let your devices sit for an extended period of time which can sometimes be weeks.

There are many inside secrets. We don't believe in singling out any competitor. Although we answer questions straight up with integrity and honesty.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. 1.) How do you charge?
2.) Can You Tell Me How Many Billable Hours This Might Take to Fix?
3.) Do You Have a Minimum Charge?
4.) Should I Expect Any Charges Other Than the Hourly Rate? (If there is an Hourly Rate)
5.) Will I lose any data?
6.) What makes you any different from another computer tech?
