FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Criminal defense attorneys generally, and Gurion Legal specifically, charge a flat fee, rather than an hourly flee. The fee is further split into a pre-trial portion and a trial portion. Payment plans are available. Personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee agreement, meaning we do not get paid unless you get paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultation, the client remains fully informed both through direct contact and through the use of our client portal, which is used to provide important documents and information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law degree from Arizona State University, licensure through the State Bar of Arizona, and further certification as a criminal law specialist as certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.
