I do draft motions, notice of deposits, status letters, controverting statement of facts and bates stampes documentation, and the exhibits, researches through West Law, and various County Recorder and Assessors web sites, skip traces, faxes, scannes, does mailings, files and organizes all deposition transcripts, communicates daily with document-solutions/transcription companies, files court documents, will handle expenses, mileage and taxes. I communicate with judges, and opposing attorneys, assistes with jury preparation and exhibits, handles the storage and archive documents, schedules mediation and depositions, and E files in California, Nevada and numerous counties in Arizona. Assistes with marketing and trade shows, proposals and seminar presentations, knowledge of the Dictaphone and Amicus, Timeslips, and Lexis Nexis, as well as MS Professional; the entire MS Office Suite; including Outlook.
