Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most of my work is in remodels, drywall patch and repair and small painting jobs. I am also skilled in minor electrical repairs and some plumbing repairs. All of my work is guaranteed in writing. On my remodel projects I install drywall then I tape and texture afterwards. I also do popcorn removal. I do not recommend replacing the popcorn, I have found over the years that alergens resides within the popcorn ceilings keeping alergies flared up and those with asthma have to commit to more breathing treatments. I can match any texture and fix all drywall. I am fair and consistant. All work performed by me is clean and done in a professinal manner. I do not smoke, drink or swear.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. My most recent projects are three bathroom remodels. These bathrooms are located in one house in the area of 32 street and shea. I have completely demoed all the flooring, removed all urinals and faucets. I have taken out all vanitys and vanity tops. The master bathroom was pretty much a wide-open are with a partition separating the shower are from the vanity area (this was a poor design). I built a urinal closet to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom and then built up the top of the vanity to not only add height but when the granite is installed, they will look great. This is an ongoing project.
