C.J responded within 30 minutes of my request. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He also found some other problems with our electrical system and fixed those as well. Of course, this was all expensive as any electrical project is. Because it was an unexpected expensive, he gave us a discount and also came back to install all new light switches throughout our home for free! When I told him we had a showing coming that day (I am selling this home), he came first thing that morning to be sure the house was ready for potential buyers. Thank you C.J. Pricing is Fair and reasonable and aligned to what the Job requires in time, labor and material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to intially speak over the phone to get a brief understanding of what the electrical goal(s) are. We go over the job, pricing, and warranties. Secondly I usually do a walk thru of the site to visually see what I'm up against. From there I build a game plan and execute it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Training from RSI, Arizona. This is where I honed my Residential skills.
