What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take the time to do some research on your own, if you ask a question and the technician isnt knowledgeable enough to give you an answer or honest enough to say "I Dont Know", then you may not want to deal with that contractor. Not all installers are experts in every peice of equipment though, so try to keep an open mind when asking equipment related questions. Most contractors have a preferred brand of equipment they would like to sell customers, and thats where their knowledge base tends to lie.
