Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Take the time to do some research on your own, if you ask a question and the technician isnt knowledgeable enough to give you an answer or honest enough to say "I Dont Know", then you may not want to deal with that contractor. Not all installers are experts in every peice of equipment though, so try to keep an open mind when asking equipment related questions. Most contractors have a preferred brand of equipment they would like to sell customers, and thats where their knowledge base tends to lie.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We don't charge a markup on customer products, just cost plus shipping. I treat every customer fairly, when bidding a job, doing the actual install work, and in providing quality service long after the sale is done.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I've never enjoyed doing anything else as much as helping people. Home improvement projects can always be a hassle. When you can look back at a project and know that your customer has been totally satisfied, and that you streamlined the process for them, thats one of the best feelings in the world.

A. Whats the hourly labor rate?
$70/hour

What is the product warranty?
Manufacturer implied warranty only, however we do sell extended warranties to customers through a variety of providers.

Is there a charge for an estimate?
For new customers there is no charge for an estimate for full product design. However, If we are coming out to diagnose a problem not caused by one of our technicians, there is a $75 trip charge.
