Introduction: Our goal is to have happy and satisfied customers. Nothing is more frustrating than to have someone come out and do work for you and you are not satisfied. We give great service and go the extra mile for our clients and our clients actually like us and look forward to us coming out when needed. Because of these ideals and philosophies, we have a very high client retention rate. We like that we get out and meet new people all of the time. We are a mobile business and we are not staring at the same 4 walls all day long. Even though many of the issues we face on a daily basis have similar root causes the solutions can vary and even be down right tricky. We love the challenge and are very good troubleshooters. One part of our business that we really enjoy is building custom computer systems for individuals or businesses. It satisfies our creative side when we help tailor a system to a specific need. We really enjoy assembling the parts and programming the system. It's almost like creating a baby without the feeding, crying and diapers!

I originally had Dan come to my house to check out my computer as it was very slow and not working properly. He spent several hours going thru cleaning out "bugs" and got it up to speed. He did the same to my wife's lap top. In further discussion with him, we decided it would be better to have a whole new computer which Dan was able to build for us. He did so very quickly, and again, came to our house to set it up and explain the system. We had a couple bugs in the beginning, but he straightened them out and spent a great deal of time with us going through the system and providing explanations of everything. Dan is very personable, his services are very reasonable, and he certainly is knowledgeable with the computer, how to work all the programs, what ones are good, unnecessary and to streamline what I needed for my office work. Highly recommended!

Dan Alexman from Pcaz Inc. had come to our place of business," Elsie's House" LLC to assist with our business computers. We were having issues with our fax machines and the connections to high speed internet. He was able to diagnose the problem and better yet,he was able to fix the problem where I was unable to get the problem solved by 2 other companies! What types of customers have you worked with?
We service both residential and commercial clients. The majority of work we do is removing viruses, malware and general maintenance. We are very good at replacing broken hardware like hard drives, memory, motherboards, processors and video cards. We service both laptops and desktops. We also build custom desktop computers for gaming, business or specific purposes, including servers. Wired and wireless networks are also a specialty.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a technician that is a good fit for you and your budget. Someone that you would like to have come back when needed. We receive a lot of business from clients that are unhappy with their previous technician. The most common reason is that they fail to call back or are hard to reach when they need them. Our goal is to return missed calls within 1 hour or sooner.
