Introduction: I am a dynamic trainer, motivator, facilitator and public speaker. I genuinely care about the participant's improvement. I am a creative illustrator with the ability to interact effectively while enabling others to understand the material at a deeper level empowering them to take ownership and put into action what they have learned. I have experienced facilitating learning in large groups, classrooms or one-on-one settings. I am effective in genuinely connecting with the participants and creating trust very quickly giving me the ability to discover appropriate methods to communicate with participants more effectively. I have an exceptional capability to coach and mentor with positive results for 10 or more years. I am extremely passionate on empowering others to be better both professionally and personally which comes through very clearly during my presentation. Finally, my purpose in life is to enable those around me to better realize their own value and purpose. Through continual growth, learning and re-creating myself on a daily basis, I am able to create relationships that foster learning, growth and self-appreciation.
