- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly do weddings but we have the occasional birthday and/or corporate event.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just look at the price quote. Look at the quality of the product. How big is their booth? How many can get in? Are they a start up that built their booth in the garage? Do they use premium inks, paper and equipment? Do they only have one booth or have a back up if something malfunctions? Are they insured? Do they offer unlimited pictures AND reprints? Researching a vendor is very important. Just as you go and taste test your wedding cake, don't just hire the cheapest booth renter out there. Check them out first.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The old saying of "you get what you pay for" holds true. We may not be the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive but we offer a superior quality of services and products that make us a superior value.
