Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Please call me and I will review your situation, then if I think you have situation has merit, I will advise you to the path which will help your, unique situation, the most. If I feel you do not have a case which an Full or Partial Forensic Audit will help you, I will give my best oppinion as to whom or what type of Attorney will be you next step.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. In my field, it is all about the knowledge of Mortgage Documents, the State and Federal, laws which all Mortgage documents, procedures and requirements must have followed. If the person, does not know what RESPA is, does not know what the "Final Rule" is, does not know the help that the FHA can do, does not know how to review loan documents, then in my field, it is a waste of money. Be honest to those whom pass the test and do not tell much to those who do not pass the test.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Well, several of our Full Forensic Audits, were used for the foundation of Real Estate Attorneys, to file in State and Federal courts. In several cases, people got thier loans reduced by 50% Loan to Value, in one case, the client got the entire home and in several others up to 25% of the Loan To Value was written down. We have never found a Mortgage Loan, which did not have errors and in most cases Federal regulation rules broken. So, while only 50% of the cases, get taken by an Attorney, all files expose something useful.
