X Sport provides one-on-one and small group circuit training. Located just off Papago Park with trail access gate and workout facility on-location, X Sport provides an all in-one indoor/outdoor challenging hybrid workout program. Take to Papago Park Trail with a 2.5 mi hike walk/run that includes various installed workout stations along the trail. Workout with a full gym setup of both machines and free weights, or try new equipment such as TRX bands, row machine, and even a battle rope. For a cool down, feel free to jump in the hot tub for a relaxing wind down!
The circuit training will challenge and build on both your lifting and conditioning skills. Whether you are young or old, beginner or advanced, we can provide a program tailored to your individual needs: high intensity interval training (HIIT), lifting and strength building, and complete body workouts.
