- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a customer to allow him/her to tell me exactly what they need done. After listening to the needs of the customer I explain if the expectations are possible and how we will do the job. Famo's is a family owned and operated business so we treat the customer as if they are a part of the family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Famo's Carpet Care's founder Terrence Howell, has over 12 years of hands on training with some of the top carpet cleaning companies in the nation. He is an Ex CFL and Arena football player who knows the value of hard work, integrity, attention to detail and pride in a good job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for Stanley Steamer in 1993 to pay my way through school
