Great service! I received the initial response to my request within minutes, and someone came out the same day to provide an estimate for the remodel I wanted done. While I chose to go with another company for my project, the responsiveness, professionalism, and timeliness were very appreciated. I forget the name of the guy who came out to do the estimate, but he was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Ilie remodeled our master tub and shower area. It is soooo beautiful and the workmanship is perfect! I am very picky and so happy we went with New West Solutions. Ilie is very professional, easy to communicate with and was very patient with my many questions. He always made great progress everyday. He does almost all the work himself. If someone else comes in, such as the plumber, he is always there overseeing the work. He also remodeled an additional bathroom which also turned out beautiful. We will be hiring him for additional work in the future!

I had 1500 sq ft of tile installed. The bathroom tub and toilet was also replaced. Llie did a fantastic job installing a new tub with surround tile all the way to the ceiling. He build a custom niche that really makes the bathroom look great. The job went quickly without any problems. I have already received many compliment on how great the tile looks through out the house. Llie provided a detailed quote that had no hidden cost. I would recommend that you call him for a free estimate before you start your remodel job.
