Introduction: We specialize in Southern style cuisine such as our catfish po' boy, fried chicken and 5-cheese mac and cheese that were featured on Food Network. We also offer exciting dishes from around the world, such as Jamaican jerk, spicy Thai, Indian coconut curry and more! Buzznbeez enjoys serving delicious food from our food truck or laying out a catering spread inside your venue. We serve as simple as Little League end of season parties with Mexican Fiesta theme to holiday parties with a 3-course meal service with passed hors d'oeuvre, plated dinner and dessert. We also do tastings and have specialty dishes, which have been in food competitions, such as our Cajun mac and cheese with shrimp, crab and lobster. We have extensive experience in private caterings such as weddings, reception brunches, church events, backyard picnics, birthday parties, graduations, bar mitzvahs, community center events, music festivals, cultural festivals, Cajun seafood boils, sporting events, corporate lunches, housewarmings, and baby showers.
