A. Beware of false promises. Nothing is free. When in doubt check with the better business bureau.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most techs in the business do not know how to repair dented garage doors so they suggest replacing the whole garage door almost every time. Don't be fooled. Dents can be repaired.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Is this garage door company one of those fast talking sales tech types. They say one thing on the telephone then pressure their customer on site. Usually the BBB has a record of poor performance or bait and switch tactics...

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting new people and helping them solve garage door problems. It's really nice to see how appreciative a customer is when we finish a job and they come to understand what we talk about all the time... Integrity with a smile... means a job done right in every respect.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can you really fix this dented garage door? I was told by another tech that I would have to replace my whole garage door. Answer is... most of the time yes... smile

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We did an upscale residence with 4 separate custom doors. The owner prepaid 2/3rds of the job on order. This is not necessary but he did it anyways after checking with the BBB. The home was under construction and looked like a few weeks time to have the doors made and begin the install on site, so we make the order just like any other job. What we were not aware of was the construction dragged on for six months before we could get clear access to do our part. We had to store the doors and be ready when they needed us. When the time came we finished the job quickly and the owner was excited and happy at our service and paid us the balance due. A few days latter we received a call from the owner that one of the doors a smaller door located on the other end of the home that serviced the gust house did not exactly match the main house garage doors. We can only surmise the error was not seen on set up because each panel is individually wrapped by the manufacture and we had two crews working on the job. Sure enough it was not an exact match as the owner said. A quick call to Amar (the manufacture) and the mistake was located. Our door was still there six months later. Well, it was a quick trade out and reinstall and I can say the owner was super relieved to know we stand behind every door, sales service or otherwise ... period. Another day on the job...
