Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There are 3 levels to Refacing, 1) high priced low quality 2) medium priced, high quality and 3) low priced, poor quality. In this industry, you REALLY get what you pay for, and the installer, can make or break your project! We have 35 years experience in the industry, and take pride in our work.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We LOVE what we do, and do what we LOVE, we take a lot of pride in our product and service. Sense we love what we do, you can rest assured, that we will do a great job for you, because if it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough for you.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long does it take, to do the job? Depending, on how many jobs we have going, typically, turn around time is 2 weeks. Can I pick out my slabs of Granite? Yes, we encourage, you to pick out your specific slabs, so you know exactly, what you are getting, with Granite, being a natural stone product, colors can vary, and grain, varies greatly. How can you beat the Big Box stores in pricing? We do not have layers of sub-contractors, and salespeople, to add to the price.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We had a customer that got transferred back to the Midwest, between signing the contract, and installing the product. So they had to put the house on the market, there were, 3 homes on the street for sale, between $750,000 and $800,000 our customer was able to advertise, solid Cherry Cabinets, while the other 2 homes had the original cabinets installed by the builder. The house sold within 30 days, and the reason, given was the solid Cherry Cabinets, the people were thrilled to find a home with solid cherry, instead of the common track home cabinets.
