Mr Hatfield brought samples to my home and was very patient while I was deciding which granites I wanted to use for two locations. The work was completed when promised and was the workmanship was perfect. All my family and friends have commented on how great the jobs look. When I have my second bathroom refurbished, I will definitely use On Top Countertops for my lavatory replacement.

A. Pricing! Most all granite distributors have two price lists. One for public(client) and one for the fabricators. We do not mark up the product. Our clients purchase the slabs needed to complete the job at our wholesale price.
A. Estimates are free and the first detail we need to know is how much square footage the kitchen or project has. Once we have the square footage, fabrication price is easily obtained. How many slabs needed to complete job is determined by how big the slabs are equal sq ft needed. OnTop sells granite at our wholesale price with no mark up. Slabs range anywhere from $250 all the way up to $3000.
A. Customer service is key to happy clients. My phone is always on! OnTop CounterTop prides itself in making the remodel experience fun and hassle-free.
A. The happy faces and joy clients have when we are finished. It all starts with a slab of rock, Corian or a piece of wood that becomes a work of art. Pride in any project is a direct result in liking your job!
A. What is the difference between granite and engineered stone? Quartz or engineered stone is a man-made product more resistant to scratches, more durable and maintainence-free. It will not water stain like granite which is porous. On the other hand, granite is God's work and no two slabs are exactly alike.
A. An elderly retired lady's husband had passed away a year or two before they had a chance to remodel their kitchen. After taking each step through the process, she was concerned how it would "look" in her kitchen. I assured her we had the right color and it would be fabulous. When we finished, she broke down, wept and wished her husband was there to see it. I assured her he did.
A. How truly delicate the fabrication process can be. It may be a piece of rock to some people, but our fabricators liken it to art, and flow of the granite with all its motion, personality, to put it all together, with the beauty it posesses.
A. A client had vaulted ceilings with mirrored glass sitting "on top" of the counters. We suggested to build the edge with a 2" skirt and cover the existing tops without removing mirrors. She was so happy that she made all of the crew lunch!
