I can't say enough good things about Courtney. I came across her on a Facebook page and was totally impressed by her work. It had been FIVE years since I had done anything to my hair and after seeing her portfolio; I was convinced, I was going for it. She was very professional and responded back to my inquiry almost immediately (always a plus in my book). Her prices were extremely reasonable; even cheaper than your run of the mill Master Cuts at a mall! When I met with Courtney, I was instantly put at ease. She was very hospitable (she opened up her own home to me to better accommodate my scheduling needs) and explained everything thoroughly as she did it. It was very comforting to know and see that she cared about what she was doing and truly wanted me to look my best. Two weeks later, she came to me and did my makeup for a company party and I must say, she rocked it! I told her the look I wanted and she absolutely delivered! Courtney is now my go to girl and I would highly recommend her to everyone for every occasion!

When I first contacted Courtney to inquire about doing my (and my bridesmaids) hair and makeup for my wedding, I immediately felt like I was talking with an old friend. From the beginning she was friendly and seemed eager to please! I had my first trial with her 4 months prior to my wedding, as she was 8 months pregnant, and was very impressed with her talents! Like most brides, as time went on, I was having second thoughts on my look and contacted her about a month before my wedding for a second trial to make a few tweaks to my look. Even though Courtney was busy with her newborn, she made time for me, which I, as a mom, know is difficult with an infant! I had an early afternoon wedding which meant hair and makeup would have to start in the early morning hours but Courtney and her assistant Robyn were there with smiles on their faces and ready to work! The entire time I felt like I was surrounded by girlfriends I had known my whole life. They were fun, but professional, and made myself and all of my girls look fantastic! Our hair stayed in place all day and our makeup was flawless through sweat and many tears! My bridesmaids had updos and there was not one complaint about their hair being too tight or feeling that their do was going to fall out. I had a half up/half down look and even with heavy hair, it stayed put after a lot of dancing and putting on and taking off my veil. Even though the makeup Courtney uses has maximum coverage and lasts all day, it feels very light, not like its caked on! Dont waste your time researching and comparing prices, Ive already done it for you, and Courtneys prices are very reasonable and comparable in price to places like Ulta! But, the best part about Courtney is, shell come to you! I cant thank Courtney and Robyn enough for making my girls and I look and feel absolutely beautiful on my big day!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been a girly girl and into all things feminine. I have an extensive background in retail management and w the help of many blessings and amazing clients and friends have merged that experience w my hair & makeup education to create a great business where we can really serve beauties on potentially the most important day of their life!
