FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing standard . I take the value of my own time into consideration. Along with the value of a customers hard earned dollar. And come up with a fair amount somewhere in the middle. If we both respect those two aspects equally we work out a fair price that benefits both of us equally in turn. On the other hand if we do not I always pass on the job because it would not be in our best interest to do so otherwise. I pass it on to someone that would better serve this particular person . I want them to be happy and I would like the same for myself. It does not matter to me what others charge. I do my best to make them aware of my ability to do the very best job that can be done. By guaranteeing my work. If they are not satisfied for any reason I don't get paid respectfully.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive their quote I ask myself if this is something I feel that I can help with if I decide for any reason it isn't I leave it to someone else that can. If I do feel that I can. I then proceed with sending a friendly quote with my contact information . If the customer decides to call me it is usually a done deal. I then get the complete details of what I need to get together and form a game plan of what actions need to be carried out in order to get the job done. I then get the address and set up a time to meet. I arrive on time never late to the job with everything needed in order to complete the job. I am friendly always keeping in mind what it is the customer needs. I get the job done. I politely thank the customer and make certain that they are totally satisfied with my work. I then collect my payment thank them for their business and politely Ask if they can leave a review. And move on to the next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a kid if I heard anyone talking about something being broke it caught my attention. If someone on the block had their hood raised working on their car I found a reason to walk past them. I never had any kind of formal training or schooling in the business. I have real hands on experience and a true desire to be the best at what I can be. If I don't understand something I read about it until I completely do. I am not afraid to take on a new challenge . I have not been beaten by anything unknown to me to this day. I made myself become familliar it, completed it, and moved on to the next.
