A. Look for experience, qualifications, licenses. Not just the price. See if your inspector has any recommendations or web sites to review.
A. The inspection process itself and what is included or not included in the inspection. How do you price out different homes and any additions or extras.
A. How long have you been IN THE INSPECTION BUSINESS? Are you licensed in the state you are conducting the inspection? What is included in the inspection? Are photos included? What affilliations do you belong to? Are you familliar with older or historic homes? Will you inspect the crawl space if there is one?
A. Is the water, electric, gas on at the property. If there is a swimming pool, is it in operational condition, or empty.
