  We needed an inspection prior to purchasing a property, and we researched several inspectors. Daren had excellent rates, and even more impressive, was his inspection expertise, which included the ability to perform additional inspections like lead paint and mold if needed. Both of those were big concerns of ours, so it was great to be able to have them done all at once and save even more. In the end, we decided not to do the mold inspection, but we were so happy to have that option. Daren was very professional and didn't try to up sell us on additional inspections and there were no extra fees or hidden costs. We received a detailed inspection report on the same day too, in .pdf form via email and also in a professionally organized Property Inspection Report Binder. Daren sets the bar for other inspectors and goes above and beyond when it comes to service. I highly recommend Daren and Wright Inspections and will definitely use them in the future.   Wright Inspections did a very thorough inspection of my new home. I could not believe there were that many things to look at in a home. He walked me around with the thermal image camera and showed me what could be fixed to make the home more efficient. He even researched the home before the inspection to see if there were permits for the addition. Thanks for all your help

  I had a new roof installed on my home and was not happy with the work, so I hired Wright Inspections to check my new roof. After a thorough inspection, he documented multiple areas of improper installation. Daren even crawled through the attic and found wet insulation proving the roof leaked! His report helped me deal with the contractor and get the roof corrected. Prompt and courteous. I highly recommend him

  Great service. I have used Daren three times. He prints a report right there, and emails it to me. Walks me around the home and answers all my questions. He should charge more for the service he gives.

  i can't believe the great inspection i just got. everything was inspected from top to bottom. he mentioned things about the house i did not even think about. really thorough. He made me less nervous about buying in a different state. appointment ws set up quick and payment easy. very professional and easy going. i would highly recommended wright inspections to everyone!
