Charlie was professional and knowledgeable. Moreover, he was more than capable of explaining the process of the "Home inspection". I have a through understanding of the house, what needs to be corrected and more importantly, why.
The inspection was over an hour to hour one-half. The attention to detail, from the smallest (a broken light switch plate) to the largest (funky water heater plumbing/drainage connections), was impeccable.
Lastly, My experience with Welcome Home Inspection is one I will repeat with any future home purchase(s). Charlie gives AAA service with a smile.
