Introduction: We are council certified residential mold inspectors (CRMI) and certified environmental home inspectors (CEHI), as well as State of AZ licensed professional home inspectors. Mold test results are available within 24 hours of receipt of the test samples by the laboratory. We FedEx all samples to the testing lab and air overnight as well. Test results are typically available within 72 hours of testing. Weekends are an exception to this. We have a council certified indoor air quality manager (CIAQM) on staff that reviews every test result for you. He is also available to you if you have questions regarding your test results. That being said, we are very competitive in price. As I said before, I will need some more information to give you a final inspection quote although I can say that a typical mold test is $350 for the first three samples and $100/sample after that. Our local competitors typically charge $125 or more per sample for similar testing. The total cost depends on how many samples you request.
