Mr. Kelly of Dwelling Doctors LLC has been a pleasure to work with. I have used Brian a total of 3 times now and can't say enough about his body of work, attention to detail, and commitment to integrity. In every inspection I can expect his honest professional opinion, and when asked, his personal opinion. From his thorough reports to ease of payment I find his business focus to be exactly what I needed. On a personal level, Brian shows up with a flexible agenda and allows me to ask the questions I need answers to during the inspection. He provides explanations when able and is honest enough to use references when he's not quite sure.
Bottom line for me is that Brian Kelly is exactly what I wanted and you should be looking for when it comes to residential home inspections. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with, dependable and thorough.
