- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Work is billed on a per-session basis. The initial evaluation session is designed to last one hour. Subsequent sessions are designed to last 70 to 90 min. All appointments are confirmed with payment in full in advance. Sessions missed or rescheduled without 48 hrs prior notice are subject to a $75 Personal Responsibility Assessment. Purchasing multiple sessions at once in advance allows for administrative discounts upon request. Unused sessions are transferable to any person of your choice and expire 1 year from the date of initial purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally attend to all clients one-on-one in my office. We generally start with an initial evaluation session. This is a low cost ($300) opportunity for you to learn the basics about hypnosis, get your questions answered, and to experience some fun hypnotic phenomena. Once we confirm that we are a good match for each other, we will select the best session plan for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I make it a point to attend continuing education events each year. Hypnosis is an art whose practice is ever evolving.
