FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated. I access the needs for the space, the time taken for floor plans, if needed selection with client on furniture and fabric, wall color, or coverings, to spacing planning. I formulate and produce an approximate financial structure, or estimate for my clients. and produce as much information as possible on the project, however large, or small. This way there are no surprises in a contract. My clients are very important to me. And I work diligently for them to be satisfied. of meet and discuss all aspects and fee for services. After discussion of the services needed with the client, I will produce a realistic proposal. Usually if furniture is evolved, I will shop with the client for a slight fee and the furniture will be paid for by the client to the vendor. I only charge for my services... I also do recommend other services, such as painters, carpenters, flooring companies, and the client will pay them direct. My fees for service are available to my clients during an interview.
