Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The most common jobs I perform for my clients are spyware issues, operating systems installation, and recovery. My bread and butter is the Microsoft Server systems and performing new installation, migrations, and troubleshooting. I also manage several networks in the Maricopa County businesses.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be sure the technician you are hiring can provide you credentials and be sure they are certified. Be sure they have a legitimate website, and are not a "shade tree" technician.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Computers only do as told and they are just like trucks. Treat them well, and replace and upgrade parts accordingly.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Don't give a technician the full details, just explain whats going on and see if they can diagnose the problem over the phone. They will more than likely tell you that you need to bring the computer in. Shop around and see what the technician will say- a good one will just let you know what it is wrong and provide a cost.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work is my passion. I provide solid solutions and not temporary band aids. I believe in investing into your computing experience.
