United Martial Arts

Introduction: United Martial Arts teaches a well-rounded Chinese Kung Fu curriculum with a strong emphasis on self defense and physical development. In our children's classes, we also stress character development and stranger danger. As part of our curriculum, we teach various traditional Kung Fu forms and self defense techniques such as blocks, strikes, kicking techniques, joint locks, and throws. Students also can learn a variety of Chinese weapons, including broadsword, staff, and spear.
