- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I. Client Interview: Conduct a client interview of the client to clearly identify and evaluate the needs desires and budget for the owners project. This project is for them not me and listening to them is the very most important. II: Site Analysis: Perform an analysis of the site to identify the opportunities and constraints. Identify how the design will enhance the property, and best increase property value. Identify the various positive and negative views to and from the site. Identify any physical issues about the project that will need to be addressed such as drainage grading security and circulation. III. Schematic Design: Prepare a schematic design and various alternatives based on the Client Interview, Site Analysis and budget constraints identified. Prepare a preliminary projection of implementation costs. IV. Client Presentation: Present Schematic Design Plans and work closely with client to make sure that the design does address the needs and desires expressed by the client. Present various materials to be used on the project such as plant types, colors, lighting, finishes and surface treatments. Present and discuss various cost scenarios for implementation. V. Final Design and Construction Documents: As a result the clients review of the schematic design prepare the final design and construction documents. These plans details drawings and specifications will assure that the contractor selected to build the project will have sufficient information to execute a quality project to exactly meet the needs and desires of the client. VI. Construction Administration: As requested solicit costs proposals from approved landscape contractors for installation of the project. Negotiate costs review contract provided by the contractor and present to client for their review and approval. Review compliance to the construction contract during the project construction. V. Construction Observation: Provide inspection services of the project implementation for quality and adherence to the project plans and specifications. Upon completion of the project provide recommendations for approval of the project by the project owner. Perform future warranty inspections and report to the client all deficiencies found.

I have a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona. i am also a registered Landscape Architect with ARIZONA STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL REGISTRATION
