I schedule a move with Chris Anderson for 1:00pm on Friday, August 29th. He informed me that he takes payment via cash or credit card, and he told me to let him know in advance if I'd like to pay with a card so he could bring his machine for swiping cards. I called him the morning of the move to ask him to please bring the card machine, and if not to please let me know so I could allow myself time to go get cash out of the bank. I noticed that his phone was off when I called, which made me worry, and for good reason - He never showed up! His phone remained off the entire day while I frantically called and texted him, and no one ever showed up to my home. This man left me stranded with no way to move my furniture on Labor Day weekend. What a nightmare. I'm just taking a guess that all the good reviews written so far, all just from a week or so ago, aren't written from actual customers. Please beware of this unreliable man. I waited several days to write this review thinking I might eventually get a call apologizing for this incident, but I haven't heard a word from him. Incredibly rude and inconsiderate.

He was on time, efficient, and friendly. The times and dates were very flexible and I would definitely use Affordable moving again. Oh...and it was very affordable. No hassle in renting a uhaul and dropping it off.

His quote was exactly what the cost was. Didn't dent or break any of my belongings. Great attitude and very friendly. Was on time and very professional. A lot cheaper than buying a Uhaul and hiring guys.

Mr. Anderson was prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Chris was careful with my boxes and even took the time to rewrap some of my belongings. I recently injured myself and was skeptical about hiring someone else to do the job. He asked questions to make sure the job was done right. I was extremely happy with the service I received.
