FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different pricing structures that fits any budget. I can charge hourly, per project or day rate. Let's talk so we can figure out what works best for your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first questions to the client are to find out about their needs, the type of work we will be teaming up on. IF it is a business I want to know more about their business and their goals using motion graphics and animation, what they expect and what I can deliver for them. I ask them exactly what they want me to do. Do they want me to just animate for them, or do they want me to produce the whole project. I can definitely animate and make beautiful things, but I can also take a leadership role and produce the project and get, concepts, scripts, VO, storyboards, design. The whole nine yards from script to screen. Once we figuree out the scope of the work I can develope a budget with the client, try to find a number that is agreeable to both of us. I am flexible, but I also don't work for free either. I work by utilizing a contract for services and require 50% down on all projects. The balance can be paid up to 30 days after the final invoice is submitted. Bottom line this is a potential long lasting business relationship, and I want to do what it takes to build trust, deliver a great product so that the client will want to come back for future projects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I get instant gratification from working on a design and bringing it to life with animation. When I was an illustrator finishing pictures was often struggle because of my short attention span. Animation opened a whole new world to me.
