- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard and customized prices. Everything depends on the time, amount of people that I am servicing and the distance if I have to travel for events. For individual services ex: haircut and style for one person no travel is $50
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Knowing What the client wants by listening, repeating what is told to me to make sure I have it right. Going over pictures, giving my professional opinion, making them feel comfortable and gaining their trust
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by Toni&Guy, which is an international salon known for their excellent education. I continue my education with the company and other outside sources to continue to strengthen my skills.
