I would give 0 stars if I could. I found these guys rated highly on uhaul... they showed up late and unprepared. of course no one wants to move in 100 degree heat, but if that's your job how can you not bring drinks or even dress for it and then complain the time? one of the guys somewhat knew what he was doing, but felt like he was training and yelling at the other guy. every time I turned my back they were taking a break. I called the owner to complain and he started yelling at me over the phone and being extremely rude. this was a few months ago and he just sent me this link to write this survey... really? how can you be so stupid as to send a survey link to displeased customers? this company lacks in professionalism, customer service etc etc moving is stressful enough, these guys make it 10x worse
