Its really not that complicated like it sounds, its just that To begin with: I charge by the job depending what it is, like it may be to put in tile wich would be charged per square foot. Others by lineal feet. Smaller repairs sometimes have to be charged by parts and labor hrs. and how many people will be needed to complete the job.
