Introduction: I am a professional painter. I prep, mask, sand and prime. I cover the floor with drop cloth, move furniture away from walls and cover all up with plastic so no paint is going to get the furniture. I repair all holes in the walls and caulk all the cracks. On the outside, I pressure wash the whole, and I fix stucco repairs and caulk all the cracks. I mask all the windows, doors and electric panel, and I cover the concrete patio. I take good care of all things and make sure nothing gets broken. I have all the tools that are needed for the job.
