My husband and I purchased a home in Pueblo El MIrage in February of 2014. He needed an entire make over. Carlos and his team in 10 short days, gutted, painted, repaired walls, installed carpet and flooring, and completely redid the patio and driveway with a remarkable epoxy finish. His work was done on time, we had a very tight timeline, and the work was done to our complete satisfaction. His prices were very reasonable and his team were pleasant and efficient workers.

I thought they were the right painters for me. Carlos said he could do stripes, but obviously could not. Wanted the stripes to be 4” wide and vertical. When I came down to see how they were doing saw they were doing large horizontal stripes. The lines were all miss measured, one was 14” wide and another was 17” when I was assured they were all going to be16” wide which I was not even ok with. Also, the paint bleeds have not been fixed. The paint job above the cabinets was put on too think and now there are solid drips that cannot be removed and is very unappealing to look at. I even asked for them to fix their mistake and they were unable to. There is also paint all over my backsplash where my sink is which was supposed to be covered before painting began. Also the socket plates that were supposed to be removed before painting have a lot of teal paint on them. They kept the paint outside, but did not put anything else down and there is now paint on my concrete in front of my front door. I now have to hire a new professional to have the paint removed and to fix everything else they did wrong. Carlos was very misleading and sneaky about the stripes leaving this project for the end thinking I would not notice the very major change without my approval. I have yet to hear back from him. I would not trust this professional.

Hi, Crystal, I am willing to go and fix the stripes if you are not happy. We are professional painters and we really want to fix our mistake we want to make sure that you are happy with our work. If we were the ones who made the mistake we are the ones who have to fix it, you don't have to be wasting your money in paying someone else. Let me know when are you available and we would be more than happy to go and fix whatever we need to fix. Thanks Carlos The Rock Painting

Carlos and Louis are very hardworking and skilled painters. They were able to accommodate my short schedule and do a variety of painting and cleanup tasks around the house. I found them to have high integrity and to care about their work. They helped prep my house for resale, including putting epoxy on the garage floor. The price was very reasonable and their work was finished quickly.
