I also offer a variety of cooking classes. Some of my most popular classes include canning, cheese making, baking basics and a wide range of ethnic cuisines such as Moroccan, Spanish, Indian, Thai, etc.
I offer a varied schedule of classes on an ongoing basis as well as private classes for groups of six or more, that are great for friends to do together.

I have been fortunate to use Denise as my caterer for many years. Her food is wonderful, always creative and just plain delicious. My guests are always happy to know that Denise will be cooking for us. She has done large buffets from casual to gourmet as well as elegant sit down dinners.

Denise is a true talent, a passionate chef with a rare ability to execute in the kitchen and translate her inspiration to the her guests. Denise catered a dinner party for my wife’s 50th birthday and 5 of her best girlfriends (serious foodies all) and we all agree it was the highlight of the year! Denise did an AMAZING job!! Had her cater to my husband and I since he isn’t able to leave the house and be comfortable enough to sit through a full meal. She delivered exceptional food. She WOW’d us over and over with each dish.
first was the ice berg wedge, and the. lue cheese dressing she used& made herself my husband STILL raves about it. She then served our main dish Braised Short ribs with mash potato and asparagus and I wish I had two stomachs at this point. After the main course I didn’t think I could have another bite but she set down dessert and I was In a food coma after dessert. She made chocolate and vanilla flavored Mousse with 2 tasty crackers (I believe ) and strawberries!! Over all I was so blessed to have had her in our home . Will definelty invite her back!!
