- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are not complicated at all. We have our expenses that we know we have to factor into our prices. Then the food is the biggest expense. Above all else we want to make sure that we offer a fair price to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The food trends of the hospitality industry change as often as the seasons. We do extensive amounts of research to ensure that we are staying up with the trends that our clients will be expecting from us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Executive Catering of Phoenix is ran by two chefs that have extensive background in the hospitality business, including at exclusive 5 diamond resorts around Phoenix. We both decided that we wanted to take the party out of the kitchen, and bring it to our clients. It brings us a lot of joy to be able to do the work that we do.
