I hired Maya for a Christmas party. She was very professional. She provided a wide range of food including baba ghanouj, Batata harra, Falafel, tabbouleh. fattoush, and my favorite lamb shawarma. There was so much I can't possibly list it all. It was the honestly the best food I have ever eaten. AMAZING!! You can't go wrong with Maya if you are really wanting to impress someone.
