- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep pricing as simple as possible, but every meal consists of varied ingredients which can vary in price daily. I usually have a flat rate for a packaged meal, based on number it serves, with the addition of being reimbursed for "main" ingredients- and additional fees may apply. Plated dinners usually have the same flat fee as the packaged meals, with the addition of being reimbursed for the "main" ingredients, as well as a "plating" fee.
